In the presence of His Excellency the President of the Saudi Water Authority, Water Transmission Company and Water Solutions Company signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise in the water sector, contributing to the development of services and infrastructure, and raising the efficiency of water resource management.

The areas of cooperation include developing solutions and technologies in the field of water and its treatment, raising consumption efficiency and asset management, as well as exchanging knowledge, expertise, and technical studies, organizing field visits, and exchanging technical teams.

The memorandum also includes supporting innovation and adopting modern technical solutions, raising the efficiency of water resource utilization, and enhancing its sustainability, alongside exploring partnership opportunities, joint initiatives, and coordinating with relevant entities.

Both parties agreed to form a working group to discuss relevant technical, operational, and financial aspects, with the memorandum's duration extending for one year from the date of its signing.
