Water Transmission Company Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Net Zero to Support Planting 5 Million Trees by 2030
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley, WTCO signed a strategic memorandum of cooperation with Net Zero Environmental Services during Saudi Environment Week 2026, held in Riyadh under the theme “Your Impact is Green”.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Abdulqader, Chief Business Support Officer, on behalf of WTCO, and by Co-founder Dr. Mohammed Al-Sheikh on behalf of Net Zero.
The memorandum aims to support WTCO’s target of planting 5 million trees by 2030 by leveraging Net Zero’s technologies to measure and monitor environmental impact with accuracy and transparency, in alignment with the Saudi Green Initiative.
WTCO is also participating in the event, held from May 3 to 9, through a dedicated pavilion showcasing its efforts in sustainable water transmission and environmental initiatives, supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
